This July 13th through the 17th, over one hundred artists and organizations from Boston and beyond will gather on Boston Common to share their talents with you. The Common will once again be transformed into a massive performing arts festival designed to engage, educate and most importantly, entertain the citizens of Boston. And all for free! From theater to dance, the symphony to indie bands, classic to cutting edge – whatever you’re looking for, Outside the Box will draw you in and make you a fanatic for the arts right here in your own backyard.
All you need to do is show up. The 6 day festival is free to all.
“Our region is already known for its universities, hospitals and for its history,” says founder and philanthropist Ted Cutler, whose lifelong dream has been to bring his hometown a world-class, citywide arts festival. “It’s my hope that we add the arts to what people think of when they think of Boston.”
Now more than ever is the time to support the city and show the world our talents, so join us this summer at Outside The Box, Boston’s MASSive performing arts festival.
